Founder & Managing Partner · Audit · Tax · Strategic Advisory
Ahmed Bekheet is a Chartered Accountant, Auditor, Tax Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and accomplished professional-services executive with more than 20 years of experience across accounting, audit and assurance, taxation, financial advisory, governance, risk management, business development, and executive education.
As Founder and Managing Partner of ABZ - Accounting, Auditing & Business Development, Ahmed provides strategic leadership across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, advising organizations on financial reporting, audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, business transformation, and sustainable growth. His work includes leading complex audit and due-diligence engagements, developing tax and compliance frameworks with particular focus on ZATCA and e-invoicing, and supporting organizations with strategic advisory and regional market expansion.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2010, when he founded The Arab Bureau for Accounting, Auditing & Business Development and developed it into an integrated professional-services practice serving hundreds of clients across multiple industries. His advisory portfolio spans external and internal audit, IFRS financial reporting, tax and VAT advisory, feasibility studies, business valuation, corporate restructuring, internal controls, governance, and risk management.
Building on this foundation, Ahmed expanded his professional-services platform regionally through the establishment of the ABZ brand in 2026, including operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This expansion strengthened the firm's ability to serve organizations across the GCC. Throughout his career, he has advised both local and multinational organizations on financial, regulatory, corporate-formation, and strategic business matters.
Alongside his advisory career, Ahmed is an experienced Corporate Trainer and Lecturer at the Professional Development Center - Suez Canal University. He has delivered more than 1,000 training hours to professionals, executives, and postgraduate students in financial accounting, auditing, Egyptian and Gulf taxation, VAT, e-invoicing, financial analysis, internal controls, budgeting, cost accounting, and corporate governance.
His expertise extends across manufacturing, construction and contracting, trading and distribution, shipping and logistics, oil and gas, hospitality, information technology, financial services, healthcare, real estate, education, and the NGO/NPO sector.
Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Cairo University and maintains a broad range of professional memberships and institutional affiliations, including the Egyptian Society of Taxation, Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors, Arab Society of Accountants and Auditors, and the Federation of Egyptian Chambers, where he serves as an Economic Advisor.
Today, Ahmed combines technical accounting depth, regulatory expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and executive education to help organizations strengthen financial governance, navigate regulatory complexity, improve institutional capabilities, and build sustainable businesses across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Middle East.

Co-Founder · Group Chief Financial Officer · Enterprise Scaling · IPO Execution · Capital Strategy
Ahmed Zeidan is a Group Chief Financial Officer specializing in transforming complex, high-growth organizations into scalable, investor-grade platforms across the MENA region. He combines Big-4 rigor from KPMG and EY, strategic finance leadership, and executive CFO experience to operate at the intersection of enterprise transformation, capital strategy, and value creation.
He is a CFO who does not simply report financial performance, but challenges business models, reallocates capital, and architects the systems, structures, and strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Currently, as Group CFO of FOAJ Group (SAR 700M+), Ahmed is leading a full enterprise transformation alongside IPO execution for Saudi Exchange listing — restructuring the capital base, reducing financing costs from 4.5% to 2.5%, delivering SAR 120M in debt reduction, and building a scalable financial architecture across 10 subsidiaries.
Previously, as Group Finance Director at Healthcare Development Holding Company (USD 367M), he scaled revenue by 50%, expanded EBITDA margins from 4.5% to 7.25%, and led a SAR 1.2B strategic transaction that reshaped the group’s portfolio and capital allocation strategy, while establishing institutional governance frameworks aligned with IFRS and international standards.
As Senior Financial Advisor to the Chairman of the Egyptian Healthcare Authority (EHA), Ahmed’s contribution extended well beyond advisory, delivering two transformational mandates with measurable national impact.
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) — Built from Zero. Ahmed architected and implemented a full-scale RCM system from the ground up across the Authority’s network, designing the revenue capture framework, billing infrastructure, and collections governance that had not previously existed at institutional scale. Total revenues grew from EGP 1.5B to EGP 5B within two years, representing a 233% increase driven by systematic financial discipline, not volume alone.
Feasibility Studies & Company Formation. Ahmed led the end-to-end development of feasibility studies for four strategic subsidiaries under the EHA, spanning healthcare services, health insurance, hospital operations, and support services. His mandate covered financial modeling and full investor engagement: presenting, negotiating, and iterating each study with relevant stakeholders until final consensus, then remaining accountable through legal incorporation, regulatory approval, and operational launch.
RCM–EHA Manual. Ahmed authored the Authority’s official Patient Flow Manual and Revenue Recognition Framework, covering end-to-end patient movement protocols, billing templates, and revenue treatment policies aligned with Egyptian governmental accounting standards. It is formally registered under Ahmed Zeidan’s name at the EHA and serves as the institutional reference across affiliated healthcare facilities.
He also teaches finance at the American University in Cairo and the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences.
