Course overview

This course walks through International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) one standard at a time. It is organised in two chapters: 23 IAS modules, from IAS 1 Presentation of Financial Statements to IAS 41 Agriculture, and 18 IFRS modules, from IFRS 1 First-time Adoption to the newest standards, IFRS 18 and IFRS 19.

Each module focuses on a single standard, so you can study the course from start to finish or go straight to the standard you need at work.

Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge: double-entry bookkeeping, and how the statement of financial position and the income statement fit together. No previous IFRS training is needed. A computer or phone with an internet connection to open the course materials.
